DRS Wheel Range for High-bay Warehouses

The DRS wheel range has a single-wheel load capacity range of 16–40 tons, matching the payload requirements of various stacker crane. Wheel diameters range from 250 mm to 500 mm, providing multiple size options that fit the installation space of both large and small carriage travel units on stacker cranes. The modular interface design is seamlessly compatible with stacker drive systems: mounting holes align precisely with the frame, enabling rapid integration without additional modifications and significantly reducing adaptation risk and installation costs.

High-bay Warehouse Stackers

In automated multi-tier warehouses, high-reach stacker cranes operate between racks that are tens of meters high and require extremely high walking stability and positioning accuracy.
