Philson's custom translation wheel block series is a versatile travel wheel system that works seamlessly with our modular drive system. The right wheel block (112, 160, 200, 250, 250, 315, 400, and 500 sizes) for every application is available in eight finely graded sizes with load capacities of up to 40 tonnes per wheel. Furthermore, because of the large selection of travel wheels and special wheel designs, they can be adapted to almost any travel rails and operating conditions.

Optional installation method. Mounting surfaces are prepared for virtually any connection. From top and end connection arrangements with bolted and welded connection elements to side and pin connection arrangements.

We offer a complete modular drive system that includes a precisely matched gear motor and reducer.

Special reinforcements increase rigidity and improve wheel block performance.

The ground clearance of the wheel blocks is very high due to the compact system design, which is also suitable for the complete drive device with the concept of gear box to adapt to the wheel load;

Buffers, spline shafts, drive shafts, and horizontal guide roller devices in a variety of sizes and designs are also available(optional).
