Philson focuses on the production of Vulkollan ® industrial wheel coating according to customer requirements, which can be customized 20- 80mm and other different sizes for a variety of AGV industries.
Conception
The bearing wheel is also called the support wheel. The bearing wheel is generally not connected to the motor,which main role is to support and load bearing, it can neither accelerate nor decelerate, we can provide the bearing wheel hardness range 85A-80D, a single wheel carrying up to 40 tons.
Materials
• Coated adhesive：nylon or polyurethane, (diameter up to 1000 mm)
• Wheel core: titanium steel, aluminum core, stainless steel or aluminium alloy (diameter up to 880 mm)
Wheel Characteristics
• Polyurethane coating: high load capacity, strong traction
• High temperature resistance: Operating range from -20℃ to 70 ℃, temporary temperature up to 130℃ (more than 40℃, load capacity is reduced)
• High Hardness range: 85A-80D
• High load capacity：carry up to 40 tons
• Long service life: up to 5 years
