Philson Factory Manufacturing Advantage
Polyurethane cast iron core treads or polyurethane on aluminum wheels used in the industrial PU tyres wheel are manufactured here at Philson, it's is effective for us to control each production process and reduce procurement costs for our clients. Our in-house talented designers who grasp extensive experience in designing various polyurethane castors & wheels for different environments, all grounded on potential client needs.
We are equipped with a strict assay laboratory, which allows us to ensure the matching accuracy in the production of each polyurethane wheel. In addition, all wheel centers for the Linde electric forklift trucks are produced by us, so that we can guarantee that the polyurethane tread is effectively bonded to the metal wheel center, and will not be degummed through sand blasting, cleaning or drying. Besides the Linde electric forklift truck wheel, Philson has the abilities to manufacture polyurethane tyred wheels for the brands like Hyster, Jungheinrich, BT, Noblelift, Hyundai, BT, MIMA, etc.
Philsonhas been a leading polyurethane wheel manufacturer since 2003, offers all kinds of polyurethane tyred wheels for warehouse material handling equipment with custom-made service.
Urethane’s superior durability, chemical resistance, customizability, and long-term cost advantages make it an ideal material for modern industrial needs. As demands for efficiency, automation, and reliability continue to rise, urethane wheels are well-positioned to become the new standard in industrial mobility.
Polyurethane AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) drive wheels are specially designed wheels that combine high-performance polyurethane tread with durable cores to ensure excellent traction, load capacity, and durability in automated material handling systems.
In the evolving landscape of urban mobility and industrial automation, the performance and reliability of monorail systems are critical. One key component driving this performance is the Vulkollan® drive wheel — a high-performance polyurethane wheel known for its exceptional mechanical properties.
